Prima rods, ze spelen ongeveer hetzelfde als 5A stokken maar dan met een zachter geluid. De rebound is vergelijkbaar, het gewicht lijkt iets hoger te zijn. Ik gebruik deze stokken bij repetities. Op de snare een dempring en de snarenmat vrij los en je kan fatsoenlijk spelen met gereduceerd volume. De klank wordt wel wat minder mooi, met name bij de toms en snare drum.
De losse stokjes breken snel af als je te hard slaat, zeker op de hihat. Ook bij onvoorzichtig opbergen willen ze wel eens afbreken. Samen met de tamelijk hoge prijs maakt dit dat ik de volgende keer andere rods koop.
